In the United States, a valid prescription must not exceed two years old. At checkout, you will be asked to submit a picture of your prescription. In case you don't have your prescription at the moment, email it to 'email@example.com'. For those without valid prescriptions, click here.
People with astigmatism usually have elements of both CYL and AXIS. Our glasses can correct astigmatism if your prescription indicates it.
Since contact lens prescriptions can differ from glasses prescriptions, they can only be used to order contact lenses.

With one order, you can order different pairs of glasses with different prescriptions for your family.
A single PD would be provided by a single number and is the measurement between the centers of two pupils. A typical adult PD ranges from 54 to 74 mm.

Shipping & Returns
Within 24-48 hours of ordering, your order will be shipped, and the shipping method you select will determine delivery speed. You will usually receive your glasses within a week, but it may take longer depending on the complexity of your prescription and the package you choose.
US customers: we ship through USPS and UPS Next Day Air. Please note, the UPS Next Day Air option will deliver your order one day after the shipping date.
Canadian customers: we ship through the Canada Post.
For all other countries: we ship through DHL International.
1. Making a return is easy. First, visit the My Orders section of your account profile and select the return-item option. The return-item button will be available for thirty days after your order is placed. Once your request is made, our customer service team will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Once customer service notifies you that you're all set to mail your return, make sure to provide us with your Delivery Confirmation Number.
3. You'll receive a refund soon as we receive the shipment. Or, if you chose the replacement option, we'll ship your new eyewear!
If you sent them back for inspection, we will inspect them and email you the inspection results. If you sent them back for refund or store credit, we will email you when we have processed the refund or the credit.
